What are your top two ways to reduce crime?

I want to make clear that I am only for extensive survalence technology to be used for a limited amount of time, perhaps one month, in specific areas and then the equipment would be moved to a new ‘hotspot’ With that said we need to use technology and metrics to address our crime problems.

City Hall fight in St Petersburg after unconstitiutional Baywalk vote.

A fight breaks out after a vote. The vote was regarding a sensitive issue, the Baywalk shopping Plaza can’t compete in the market place without a little unconstitutional help from the city. Hopefully the this wont cost the taxpayers too much when overturned in court.
